Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modification or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we may not be able to fulfill your request as the order may already be in processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse. If you return an item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, email us within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before you ship the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Include your order number and shipping name in your return package to facilitate quick processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Upon receipt of your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). Once we confirm that the items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the confirmation date for the refund process. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed successful processing and refund, please contact your financial institution.

We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

All refunds are processed in US Dollars ($USD) in accordance with the original purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for all fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rate fluctuations.

Product Issues

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all appropriate usage instructions and safety precautions provided with your product and all resources available on our website. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting refund or replacement will be at our discretion. If you experience any discomfort while using our products, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will assist you in resolving any issues or questions.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during transport. An item is considered damaged if it shows a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging during transport, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us and attach a clear photo of the damage. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order quickly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors and problems that may occur during shipping. If you experience delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
